Taking hybrid working to a whole new level

The previous 18 months have certainly been different both personally and professionally. The entire business landscape has had to adapt accordingly, and we became heavily reliant on virtual communication and processes. The demand for cloud-based technology which enables individuals and businesses to mobilize from anywhere have never been more popular. Queue Windows 365…

Windows 365 is a new cloud service which changes the way we our devices will operate. Instead of the Operating System and all your applications being locally installed on a device, instead they will be streamed. Think of it similarly as the jump from consuming film through DVD’s to streaming through Netflix (other streaming sites are avaliable). This allows the user to access to their apps, data, settings and tools from any device.

No matter where you are you access your Windows set up from anywhere and pick up right where you left off as the Windows 365 experience will be the same across all devices. This has the potential of changing the way we will experience personal and business computing forever.

Windows 365 offers a variety of cloud device options depending on you own requirements to fulfil your needs. There will be two offerings for businesses: Windows 365 Business and Windows 365.

With Windows 365 you can be sure your information will be secure as it is stored in the cloud and not on a device. By using Multifactor Authentication (MFA) users will have to verify any login or access attempt to their Cloud PC through a verification process. Many of you will already be aware of this process and have it in place with other accounts. If you already used Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to protect your devices, it will also work smoothly with Windows 365.
