Dynamic Edge achieves ISO 9001 Certification

The team at Dynamic Edge is delighted to announce the company has been awarded ISO 9001: 2015 certification from Lloyd’s Register, further highlighting our dedication to quality assurance in everything we do.

Internationally-recognised, ISO 9001 is the demonstratable commitment to the highest of standards of quality and is the preferred solution for more than one million organisations in around 175 countries.

Commenting on the accreditation, Dynamic Edge CEO Rob Hamilton said: “It is a testament to the hard work of the Dynamic Edge team and our commitment as a business to the highest and consistent standards of quality in IT support services that we have achieved this ISO 9001 certification.

“Across all of our UK offices we strive to maintain a level of service that supports the needs of our client base at the high standards that they have come to expect over the years – this new certification underlines this ethos.”

Relevant to all types of businesses, ISO 9001 provides a solid foundation by using a core set of quality principles that are consistent across the standard. The process towards meeting the standard criteria is justifiably stringent, with organisations being required to undertake independent compliance audits on systems and processes. Further, companies working towards ISO 9001 must undertake training, system gap analysis and be assessed for technical expertise within their business area.

Dynamic Edge provides IT support from offices in Aberdeen, Inverness, Dundee, Stirling and Guildford – get in touch today to find out how we can help.
