Job Alert – Systems Engineer, South London

We are looking to recruit an experienced full time Systems Engineer to join our team located in our South London office.

Primary Functions:

  • To service 2nd line incidents and requests as well as project work
  • Working as part of a skilled team of engineers providing support to multiple clients of varying setups and requirements
  • To maintain the high level of customer service to our clients whilst providing the appropriate technical resolution
  • Perform regular client site visits

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To respond and service 2nd line helpdesk support calls
  • To be able to identify and solve 2nd line desktop problems
  • To escalate tickets according to process
  • To visit client site to service 2nd line helpdesk support calls when requested to do so
  • To plan and implement infrastructure projects whilst liaising with Technical Business Manager and Service Delivery Manager
  • To respond and service infrastructure incidents/requests
  • To carry out other duties as required by the role
